Role & responsibilities - 1. Team Management: - - - Lead and motivate a team of ABH/Phone managers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their individual and collective sales targets. Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions to enhance the skills of the team members Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages continuous improvement and high performance. 2. Sales Strategy and Execution: - Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the companys goals and optimize lead conversion rates. - - - Monitor and analyze the performance metrics of the team, making datadriven decisions to improve sales outcomes. Work closely with the performance marketing and digital partnership team to refine the lead generation process and ensure the quality of leads. Build monthly contest to drive sales through sales promotion 3. Customer Engagement: - Oversee the warm calling process, ensuring agents effectively engage with customers who have shown interest through digital channels. - - - Ensure that the team provides a consultative sales experience, addressing customer needs, and recommending appropriate life insurance products. Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions that maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty. Develop rebuttal strategies and pitches for brands, products, and processes. 4. Floor Operations: - - - Oversee daily floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal agent productivity. Manage workforce planning, including scheduling and real-time adjustments based on call volumes and agent availability. Ensure that the floor is adequately staffed and that agents are adhering to their schedules. 5. Governance: - - - Implement and enforce governance policies to ensure that all sales activities comply with company standards, industry regulations, and ethical practices. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines. Maintain clear and accurate records of all governance-related activities, including compliance checks and incident reports. 6. Analytics and Reporting: - Prepare detailed reports on team performance, including sales metrics, conversion rates, customer feedback, and floor operations efficiency. - - Analyze sales trends, customer interactions, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable insights to senior management. Utilize analytics tools to monitor real-time performance and make informed decisions to optimize team efficiency and sales outcomes. 7. Issuance and Post issuance policy management - - - Ensure policy issuance within the given TAT with minimal business loss. Understand document scrutiny and underwriting rules, working with underwriters and ops SPOCs for efficient policy issuance. Know how to identify risky profiles and detect fraud through digital channels. Collect renewal premiums post-issuance to drive FYRP and maintain persistency. Preferred candidate profile - Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of driving team performance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex insurance products. Proficiency in CRM software and digital sales platforms. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions. Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation techniques. Experience in managing floor operations and ensuring compliance with governance policies.
