Job Description

RBH qualifications and skills 1. A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is often required, with a master's degree (e.g., an MBA) often preferred.  2. Typically, 10+years of experience in the textile or garment industry, with a strong track record in sales, business development, and P&L management. 3. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interacting with teams, clients, and senior management.  4. Deep technical and product knowledge within the textile or garment sector.  5. Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.  6. Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills. ●      Effectively execute the Business Strategies of the company to ensure realisation of business objectives in the region ●      Provide leadership to Sales, Business Development, and Order Servicing initiatives and activities in the Region. ●      Stay in touch with target market in the allocated geography, and ensure availability of comprehensive and accurate information of market size, customers, and competitors ●      Set Revenue targets for the region in line with overall business goals of the company, and set clear performance expectations for Sales Managers and Sales Executives. ●      Guide the Sales team in developing their sales plans ,and in executing them effectively. ●      Initiate actions for expansion of customer base in existing markets and in new geographies ●      Approve quotations submitted to customers ●      Finalise contracts with customers in accordance with company’s policies and processes ●      Monitor all Order servicing activities and ensure that they are being carried out effectively ●      Stay in touch with customers to ensure hassle free order servicing, and to address any contingency /problem should they arise. ●      Monitor Billing & Collections ; initiate actions to deal with critical collection issues ●      Liaise with Operations Planning group and keep track of order execution ●      Onboard personnel placed in the region as per approved processes. ●      Carry out periodic review of performance of personnel in the region and provide timely feedback for performance improvement. ●      Carry out assessment of performance of employees and report to HO         PERFORMANCE MEASURES Market Performance – Sales Revenue ,Growth in Sales Revenue ,Customer base expansion,,Revenue from New Customers in existing markets ,Revenue from New Customers in New Markets,Customer Retention & Revenue from Retention Sales, Retention of Key Customers, % of Sales Realisation within approved credit period Client / Order Servicing Efficiency - No hold up on order execution due to delayed transmission of order related details to OPC group; No cost overruns due to delayed / incomplete information to OPC group, Measurement & size detailing on time, Accurate delivery /distribution recording,No deduction from bills on account of delayed distribution/ shortage/ damage -Client Rating of Order Execution Efficiency -Adherence to budgeted expenditure on supply / distribution to customers -Value of finished product inventory – Actual Vs Norm - Retention of High Performers
