Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Kartik Steels Location: Varanasi (covering Purvanchal districts) About Us: Kartik Steels is a leading distributor and retailer of TMT rebars, cement, and building materials in Eastern UP. We are expanding our footprint and looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to drive sales and strengthen our dealer/distributor network. Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly & annual sales targets. Develop and manage dealer/sub-dealer network. Expand retail coverage and ensure product availability. Drive institutional/project sales with builders & contractors. Ensure timely collections and maintain credit discipline. Track competitor activity and provide market insights. Requirements: 4–8 years’ experience in steel/cement/building materials sales . Strong dealer network knowledge in UP/Eastern UP preferred. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel extensively.
