Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Kartik Steels

Location: Varanasi (covering Purvanchal districts)

About Us:
Kartik Steels is a leading distributor and retailer of TMT rebars, cement, and building materials in Eastern UP. We are expanding our footprint and looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to drive sales and strengthen our dealer/distributor network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly & annual sales targets.
• Develop and manage dealer/sub-dealer network.
• Expand retail coverage and ensure product availability.
• Drive institutional/project sales with builders & contractors.
• Ensure timely collections and maintain credit discipline.
• Track competitor activity and provide market insights.

Requirements:

• 4–8 years’ experience in steel/cement/building materials sales.
• Strong dealer network knowledge in UP/Eastern UP preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
