Regional Head – South

heading the overall business operations for the South Region

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver

  regional sales, growth, and profitability objectives

  in line with annual business plans.

• Drive

  customer and channel engagement

  , ensuring market expansion and strengthening brand presence.

• Build and implement regional

  go-to-market strategies

  , including new product introductions, distribution effectiveness, and retail excellence initiatives.

• Own the

  P&L for the region

  , focusing on revenue growth, cost efficiency, and return on investment.

• Drive a

  high-performance culture

  by developing, mentoring, and empowering regional teams.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to ensure alignment of regional goals with organizational priorities.

• Monitor

  competitive landscape and consumer insights

  to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.

• Ensure compliance, governance, and ethical business practices across all operations.

Key Deliverables:

• Achievement of sales, profitability, and market share targets.
• Successful

  new product launches and activation programs

  across key markets.
• Strengthened regional distribution and customer network.
• Development of strong second-line leadership and talent pipeline.
• Effective execution of

  annual operating budgets

  and strategic initiatives.

Preferred Background:

• MBA with

  12–18 years of experience

  in Sales and Business Leadership roles across consumer-facing industries.
• Proven track record of managing diverse markets, large teams, and multiple channel formats.
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results in fast-paced and evolving business
