JLPT- EA To MD& Admin with Auto Ancillary Based at Navi Mumbai

Greeting! We have a career opportunity with Japanese MNC in Auto Ancillary based at Navi Mumbai location. Position: Jr. Manager - JLPT EAto MD & Admin role Working days- 5 Days working Job Purpose: To assist Directors/Expats for translations from English to Japanese and Japanese to English during meetings within the company and customers/vendors. Assist MD for all secretarial work like scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, communication with customers/vendors etc. All expat related work (Visa, FRRO, Accommodation, Bank Account etc). Roles & Responsibilities. Assist MD in Interpretation & Translation from Japanese to English/Local Language. Prepare travel plan for MD-San and ensure all related requirement like flight booking, hotel bookings, vehicle arrangements etc. are in place. Communicate effectively what MD would like to communicate through appropriate translation of Japanese Language into English/Local Language. Assist/Help expats in any of their requirements. Coordination and management of all guests including their stay, vehicle arrangement at Factory and Delhi. Assist guest in translating their communication from Japanese to Local Language/English. Scheduling meetings both internally and external with Japanese Government, Customers, Vendors etc. Build the rapport with Japanese Embassy, JETRO and Japanese Associations etc. Speech preparation for MD for various events. Organize, plan periodic health check for all expats. Taking care of entire activity of Golf Clubs like Membership renewals, GRN for Invoice and on time payments for both Delhi and Mumbai. Justification of the position (volume/ sales/process improvement): Effective communication between MD/Japanese with National Staff. Support all the Expats for hassle free travel and hotel booking and management
