Job Description

  • Lead Talent Insights is responsible for creating advanced reports and dashboards in Workday to support all HR functional areas for all HR and Business Leader customers across the enterprise.
  • Subject areas include workforce, DEI, learning, performance, engagement/surveys, associate relations, HR operations, hybrid workforce and many others.
  • Knowledge of Workday report writing is required and advanced report writing as well as Workday Prism report writing are preferred.
  • This role requires strong collaboration skills and the ability to solve complex challenges.
  • The associate will be tasked with finding innovative ways to display data that improve the user experience and provide insights to drive business decisions.
  • The role requires the design, development, prototyping, testing of dashboards and analytics solutions

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

  • This role partners with the HRIT team to automate data ingestion and flows into Workday Prism and AWS, including bringing non-Workday into Workday so that it can be delivered within Workday reports and dashboards.
  • Responsibilities include troubleshooting data processes and ensuring a reliable flow of data required for all HR reporting and analytics.
  • Role is also responsible for supporting AI and analytics automation leveraging Spark, SLIP and other GenAI tools.
  • This role will help bring in maturity to the Talent Analytics team by developing necessary solutions using people data across functions within HR using Workday Extend and Studio
  • Responsible for partnering with internal team members onshore and offshore to guide and lead projects using the above technologies
  • Responsible for data integration, transformation, data management and data engineering to support the AWS data lake and Workday Prism Analytics and Prism Datasets
  • This role will also be responsible to build solutions on Workday, Power BI/Tableau based on the needs of the end user, via reports, dashboards, visualizations and automation efforts

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Systems, HR Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or HR technology.

  • Experience integrating non-Workday data into Workday and building reports/dashboards within Workday.

Cloud & Data Engineering

  • Strong experience with

    AWS

    (especially data lake architecture),

    ETL pipelines

    data transformation

  • Python

    for data processing and automation.

Analytics & Visualization Tools

  • Proficiency in

    Power BI

    ,

    Tableau

    , or similar BI tools for building dashboards and visualizations.

AI & Automation

  • Exposure to

    GenAI tools

    ,

    SLIP

    , and other AI-driven automation frameworks.
  • Experience in implementing AI/ML solutions in HR analytics is a plus.
