Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Regional Business Head role based in Delhi NCR. As a Regional Business Head, you will oversee and drive business operations, sales strategies, market expansion, and team management to achieve organizational goals. Key responsibilities include leading regional teams of Doctor Aquisition ,building partnerships, analyzing business performance, and generating revenue.You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to establish and implement strategies that align with the company’s mission and objectives.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward achieving targets
• Proficient in business strategy, sales planning, and market analysis
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Prior experience in the healthcare, wellness, or related industries is preferred
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools and CRM systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage
