Job Title: Regional Business Head

Location: Hyderabad

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to join our team as Regional Business Head. This role is responsible for driving regional growth by leading the sales, business development, and order servicing functions, ensuring flawless execution of company strategies and a strong presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute company business strategies to achieve regional revenue and growth objectives.
• Lead the Sales, Business Development, and Order Servicing teams across the region.
• Maintain market intelligence, including size, trends, competitors, and customer insights.
• Set and monitor revenue targets for the region in alignment with corporate goals.
• Guide the sales team in creating and executing comprehensive sales plans.
• Expand the customer base in both existing and new geographies.
• Approve customer quotations and finalize contracts in line with company policy.
• Oversee end-to-end order servicing to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Stay connected with key clients to resolve issues and ensure seamless operations.
• Coordinate with the Operations Planning team to track order execution.
• Manage regional hiring and onboarding as per approved processes.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to team members.
• Evaluate team performance and report to the Head Office.

• Timely Sales Realization within Approved Credit Period

Order Servicing Efficiency:

• Timely transmission of order details to OPC
• Zero cost overruns due to delays/incomplete data
• Accurate size and measurement handling
• Timely and error-free delivery and distribution
• Client ratings for execution quality
• Budget adherence in distribution logistics
• Finished product inventory – Actual vs. Target
• Retention of high-performing team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
