Business Partner

You Will

·       Drive regional go-to-market strategy

·       Build and lead high-performance business and sales teams

·       Establish enterprise partnerships, especially in call centers, automation, and B2B ecosystems

·       Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Founders to shape revenue strategy

·       Play a crucial role in Converscient AI’s leadership as we expand globally

Who You Are

·       18+ years in tech, SaaS, enterprise sales, automation, or startup leadership

·       Strong record of scaling revenue and leading growth initiatives

·       Deep industry connections across B2B and enterprise ecosystems

·       Entrepreneurial mindset—motivated by ownership, revenue sharing, and long-term upside

·       Thrives in fast-scaling, high-impact environment
