Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant, based in Chennai. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting various operational tasks, which include managing inventory, coordinating with vendors, handling customer inquiries, and assisting in the planning and execution of events. The role also involves administrative duties such as scheduling, data entry, and maintaining accurate records. The Assistant will work closely with different departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

Experience in inventory management, vendor coordination, and customer service
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, and record maintenance
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office and Excel
Relevant experience or education in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
Prior experience in the clothing or education industry is advantageous
