Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role located in (Bhandup) Mumbai. The Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations within the office, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records. Responsibilities include coordination with team members, organizing and maintaining files, and handling general clerical duties. The Assistant will also facilitate communication between departments and provide customer support when needed.

Qualifications

• Administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage files, schedules, and correspondence effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues and clients professionally
• Proficiency in office software tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of project coordination and reporting processes
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize duties efficiently
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and workflow management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the infrastructure or construction industry is a plus
