Key Responsibilities

• Lead regional

  P&L

  of 100–150 Cr with

  EBITDA

  of 10+ Cr.
• Drive

  regional strategy

  , business planning, and execution aligned with national goals.
• Manage a team of

  15–20 direct reports

  and oversee

  500–700 employees

  (70% outsourced).
• Ensure seamless operations, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction.
  
• Identify and execute new

  business expansion

  opportunities within the region.
• Foster a culture of performance, safety, and continuous improvement.
  
• Build and maintain key customer and partner relationships to drive business growth.
  

Ideal Candidate

• 12–18 years of experience in

  logistics, express, or supply chain

  operations.
• Proven track record in

  regional P&L ownership and large-scale team management

  .
• Strong commercial acumen, problem-solving skills, and execution orientation.
  
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
