Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Business Head. The Regional Business Head will be responsible for overseeing the operational and strategic initiatives in their assigned region. Day-to-day tasks include managing regional teams, driving business growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and formulating strategies to increase market penetration. The role also involves monitoring financial performance, building relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Experience in the microfinance sector is a plus
