MONEYBOXX FINANCE LIMITED is a Reserve Bank of India (RBI) registered Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) that provides small business loans to micro-entrepreneurs in Tier 3 cities and beyond in India. Our goal is to positively impact one million lives within the next five years. We are dedicated to supporting the growth and development of small businesses in underserved areas.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Credit Supervisor located in Sitamarhi. The Credit Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing credit control and credit management activities, analyzing financial information, and managing debt collection processes. Day-to-day tasks may include assessing clients' creditworthiness, setting up and monitoring credit limits, and working closely with the finance team to ensure timely collection of debts.

Qualifications

Credit Control and Credit Management skills
Strong Analytical Skills
Debt Collection experience
Knowledge of Finance
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Previous experience in a supervisory role is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
