Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager L&D located in Gujarat & Rajasthan, Punjab & Haryana and MPCG. The Manager L&D will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs. Day-to-day tasks include assessing training needs, developing training materials, facilitating training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. The role also involves collaborating with various departments to ensure that the learning and development programs align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and implementing training programs
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
• Collaborative skills with the ability to work with different departments
• Proven track record in managing Learning & Development processes
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
• Experience in a financial services or NBFC environment is Mandate
