Job Description

You will be working as a Manager of Learning & Development at MONEYBOXX FINANCE LIMITED, an RBI-registered NBFC with a focus on providing small business loans to micro-entrepreneurs in Tier 3 and beyond cities in India. Your main responsibility will be to oversee the design and implementation of training programs, conduct needs assessments, and evaluate training effectiveness. This role will require you to collaborate with various departments to identify training needs, develop training materials, and facilitate training sessions. Additionally, you will be accountable for tracking progress and ensuring that training objectives are achieved.
