Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager of Learning & Development, located in Ahmedabad. The Manager L&D will oversee the design and implementation of training programs, conduct needs assessments, and evaluate training effectiveness. This role involves collaborating with various departments to identify training needs, developing training materials, and facilitating training sessions. The Manager L&D will also be responsible for tracking progress and ensuring training objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and implementing training programs, conducting needs assessments, and evaluating training effectiveness
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with different departments
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training software
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Experience in the finance industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
