Role Description

Manager – Learning & Development

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and implementing training programs, conducting needs assessments, and evaluating training effectiveness
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with different departments
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training software
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field

• NBFC candidates with relevant experience preferred

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
