As a Manager of Learning & Development at MONEYBOXX FINANCE LIMITED, your role will involve overseeing the design and implementation of training programs. You will be responsible for conducting needs assessments and evaluating training effectiveness. Collaboration with various departments to identify training needs, develop training materials, and facilitate training sessions will be key aspects of your job.
