Manager L&D

Role Overview: As an L&D Manager, you will be responsible for conducting Training Needs Analysis to identify skill gaps and future learning needs. You will work closely with leadership and department heads to develop a comprehensive L&D strategy that aligns with the company's long-term goals. Your role will also involve designing engaging learning programs, managing the logistics of training, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct Training Needs Analysis by utilizing surveys, interviews, and performance data analysis. - Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy to support the company's long-term goals. - Design engaging learning programs such as workshops, e-learning courses, coaching sessions, and on-the-job training. - Manage the logistics of training, including scheduling, communication, and facilitation of sessions. - Develop and manage the annual L&D budget to ensure a good return on training investments. - Measure the effectiveness of training programs using metrics and feedback to assess impact on employee performance and business outcomes. - Select and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and other educational technologies to deliver and track training efficiently. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis and developing L&D strategies. - Strong project management skills with the ability to design and implement learning programs. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders at all levels. - Proficiency in learning technology management and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS). - Experience in budget management and evaluating the Return on Investment (ROI) of training initiatives.,
