Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production position located in Palghar. The Production role involves overseeing the daily manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, managing equipment and machinery, and coordinating with different departments to ensure efficient production. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate production records, troubleshooting issues, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical production, including knowledge of GMP and regulatory standards
• Strong understanding of process chemistry and scale-up engineering
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and team members
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field
• Previous experience in handling HPAPIs, Corticosteroids, Cytotoxic, and Oncology APIs is a plus
