Recruitment Specialist

As a Recruitment Specialist at VisioHR, you will play a crucial role in managing full-cycle recruitment processes and contributing to workforce planning. Your proactive approach and robust background in Human Resources will be essential for aligning talent acquisition strategies with business objectives. - Carry out end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals. - Efficiently utilize HRIS/HRMS systems to track and manage candidate pipelines. - Collaborate with department heads to understand specific hiring needs and create detailed job descriptions. - Utilize multiple recruitment channels such as job boards, professional networks, social media, and employee referrals. - Ensure strict compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process. - Establish and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and staffing firms. - Analyze recruitment metrics, derive insights, and optimize hiring strategies based on the findings. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree or Certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with additional exposure in Manufacturing and IT sectors preferred. - Sales experience would be beneficial. - Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements in India. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to handle multiple roles in a fast-paced environment. - Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in data-driven recruitment decisions. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.,
