Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across all departments — from villa operations to creative and leadership roles.
• Build efficient hiring systems and onboarding processes.
• Partner closely with the founders to understand evolving team needs.
• Source, assess, and onboard talent aligned with our culture and brand values.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of quality candidates and manage recruitment channels.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3–7 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Experience in hospitality or service-driven industries is preferred.
