Recruitment Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Hyderabad, allowing for a combination of both in-office and remote work. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.

Additional responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand organizational needs, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and supporting new hire onboarding processes to drive successful integration into the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing to effectively identify, attract, and assess the best candidates.
• Excellent Communication skills to build strong relationships with candidates, team members, and organizational stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to handle multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
• Basic proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR software is considered an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
