As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing talent and ensuring a seamless recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing talent by leveraging recruiting processes and tools to gather role requirements and recommendations. - Advocating for the candidate throughout the recruitment process to create an excellent experience. This includes supporting candidate assessment, evaluating candidate skills and client needs, and driving the interview and offer process. - Influencing hiring managers on their hiring strategy and providing regular status updates on open roles. - Managing recruiting initiatives to meet established goals and continuously improving the candidate, new hire, hiring manager, and recruiter experience. - Partnering with key business, staffing, and hiring stakeholders to develop solutions for diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives. Key Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment in IT technologies. - Ability to take ownership individually and as a team member in supporting all open roles. - Good understanding of software business, preferably Digital, Analytics, and Technology hiring. - Energetic, ambitious professional with strong integrity. - Strong communication, analytical, and influential skills. - Proficiency in talent mapping and networking with candidates at all levels. - A keen learner who can navigate through ambiguity. - Experience in maintaining meticulous reports, drawing trends and analysis, and achieving a high offer to joining ratio. - Quick joiners are preferred. Located in Bangalore/Udupi, this position requires 5-9 years of experience, placing you at a mid-level in the hierarchy. Skills in recruitment/talent acquisition, human resources, performance evaluation, training and development, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement are essential for success in this role.
