Recruitment Specialist

You will be joining VisioHR as a Recruitment Specialist with a focus on Human Resources. As part of the team, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles. Your proactive approach will be crucial in managing full-cycle recruitment and contributing to workforce planning. Key Responsibilities: - Carry out end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives. - Utilize HRIS/HRMS systems to efficiently track and manage candidate pipelines. - Collaborate with department heads to understand specific hiring needs and create job descriptions. - Utilize multiple recruitment channels such as job boards, professional networks, social media, and employee referrals. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies during the hiring process. - Establish and nurture relationships with external recruitment agencies and staffing firms. - Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies and provide insightful reports. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree or Certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1-3 years of talent acquisition experience; exposure to Manufacturing and IT sectors is advantageous. - Sales experience is a plus. - Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements in India. - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. - Capacity to handle multiple roles concurrently in a dynamic environment. - Proficient in data-driven recruitment decisions with a strong analytical mindset. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
