Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter based in Sonipat. The HR Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build job descriptions, conduct interviews, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. The role also involves maintaining and updating hiring documentation, fostering a positive candidate experience, and contributing to employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

Strong experience in recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
Proficiency in creating job descriptions and managing hiring documentation
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with hiring managers and candidates
Experience in fostering a positive candidate experience and contributing to employer branding
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational and time-management skills
Knowledge of HR tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
