Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to closing positions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing new recruitment strategies, identifying qualified candidates, and successfully closing mid- and senior-level positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates for timely document submission and completion of necessary paperwork.
• Negotiate offers with candidates to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Successfully close positions by effectively managing the offer process and onboarding.
• Implement new and innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Develop innovative recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify and source qualified candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking, and referrals.
• Manage stakeholder expectations by providing regular updates and maintaining clear communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment.
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong candidate sourcing skills with the ability to identify and attract top talent.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful offer negotiations.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully close positions in a timely manner.
• Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience in MIS reporting and data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications (Good-to-Have Skills):

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Certification in HR or recruitment.
• Experience in Lateral Hiring.
