About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Recruitment Consultant with proven expertise in Gulf hiring for permanent staffing mandates. The ideal candidate should be experienced in handling end-to-end recruitment processes, with strong networks and an understanding of the talent landscape in the Middle East. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for Gulf region clients – from sourcing to offer management. Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand role requirements and deliver talent solutions. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, headhunting, and referrals. Maintain an active database of Gulf candidates across multiple industries. Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth onboarding of selected candidates. Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates to drive repeat business. Ensure compliance with client SLAs and recruitment best practices. Desired Skills & Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2+ years focused on Gulf hiring for permanent roles . Strong understanding of visa processes, employment laws, and salary structures in the Gulf region. Proficiency in sourcing tools such as Naukri Gulf, Bayt, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other databases. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and deliver within strict timelines. Bachelor’s degree preferred; MBA/PGDM in HR is an advantage.
