About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, people-centric environment. Responsibilities: Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities Maintain employee records and HR databases Support payroll and attendance tracking Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws Address employee queries and support engagement initiatives Collaborate with internal teams and clients as needed Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 1–3 years of HR experience (internships/freelance work included) Required Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills Familiarity with HR software/tools (e.g., Keka, Zoho, etc.) Ability to work independently in a remote setup Findr is committed to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
