About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations. Responsibilities:

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Support payroll and attendance tracking
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
• Address employee queries and support engagement initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of HR experience (internships/freelance work included)

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with HR software/tools (e.g., Keka, Zoho, etc.)
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
