Recruitment Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for Gulf region clients – from sourcing to offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand role requirements and deliver talent solutions.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, headhunting, and referrals.
• Maintain an active database of Gulf candidates across multiple industries.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates to drive repeat business.
• Ensure compliance with client SLAs and recruitment best practices.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2+ years focused on

  Gulf hiring for permanent roles

  .
• Strong understanding of visa processes, employment laws, and salary structures in the Gulf region.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools such as Naukri Gulf, Bayt, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other databases.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver within strict timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; MBA/PGDM in HR is an advantage.
