Role: Recruitment & Business Development Coordinator (Life Insurance Advisors)Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and execute weekly recruitment seminars focused on attracting high-quality Life Insurance Advisor candidates. Build strategic tie-ups with: Colleges & Institutes – to connect with ambitious fresh graduates. Agencies, Coaching Classes, and Training Centers – to tap into skilled professionals seeking new opportunities. Network Marketers, Job Placement Groups, and Business Forums – to reach candidates with entrepreneurial and sales potential. Generate a strong candidate pipeline by collecting, verifying, and maintaining potential advisors’ databases and ensuring timely handover to telecallers for follow-ups. Drive seminar participation by ensuring 30–50+ qualified candidates per event, through active fieldwork, tie-ups, and effective coordination. Collaborate with telecallers to confirm attendance, build engagement before events, and maximize show-up rates. Maintain structured weekly reports covering leads generated, tie-ups achieved, seminar participation, and conversion outcomes. Support recruitment campaigns, promotional activities, and branding initiatives designed to attract ambitious professionals who can excel as Life Insurance Advisors. Focus on quality over quantity – ensuring that recruited candidates have the right mindset, entrepreneurial drive, and potential to grow into high-performing advisors.
