Key Qualifications : Experience : Minimum of 5+ years of experience in mortgage lending or home loan management. Education : Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field (preferred). Licensing : Valid NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System) license required. Knowledge & Skills : In-depth understanding of mortgage products and loan underwriting.
