Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our Loan Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing loan applications, maintaining documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. Key Responsibilities Process and verify loan applications and supporting documents. Perform data entry of loan details into internal systems. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer files and loan agreements. Coordinate with front office staff, sales teams, and customers for missing or additional documentation. Perform KYC (Know Your Customer) checks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Assist in credit appraisal processes and communicate with credit officers when needed. Prepare reports related to loan status, disbursements, and pending documentation. Handle correspondence, emails, and internal communications related to loan processing. Ensure confidentiality and security of client and company data. Support internal audits by providing necessary documentation and records. Other Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
