Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Agency Development Manager located in Mumbai. The Insurance Agency Development Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with insurance agencies, strategizing business development plans, conducting market research, and providing support to agencies to enhance their business growth. The role includes regular meetings with agency partners, analyzing performance data, and ensuring alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of insurance industry practices and principles
• Experience in business development, and client relationship management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in market research and performance analysis
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and travel as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in financial services is a plus
