Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage and streamline our end-to-end hiring process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and attract top talent across various roles.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Identify suitable candidates through various channels (portals, social media, references, etc.).
• Conduct interviews, screenings, and assessments.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Maintain candidate databases and prepare regular recruitment reports.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and sourcing techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and job portals
• Male or Female candidates can apply
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in recruitment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
