Key Responsibilities:

Work on end-to-end recruitment for both local and international clients.

Achieve monthly and quarterly target-based hiring KPIs (calls, sourcing, submissions, closures).

Source and engage top talent through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and market mapping.

Manage candidate pipelines and ensure quality submissions within client timelines.

Support client delivery teams with global recruitment requirements.

Requirements:

2–6 years of recruitment experience (international hiring exposure preferred).

Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with global markets (US, UK, SEA, CIS).

Target-driven, ambitious, and resilient with a passion for recruitment.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
