Client Servicing & Social Media Internship in Mumbai

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Cultivate solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales service.
• Create a positive onboarding experience for new clients.
• Regularly interact with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings.
• Maintain an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Serve as a day-to-day point of client contact.
• Research and prepare client presentations, reports, and conduct in-person client meetings.
• Research on industry & competitor trends to apply best practices to client portfolio.
• Understand client goals/objectives and their entire digital marketing needs, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media, and display advertising. email marketing, affiliate marketing & more.
• Work jointly with the internal team to drive campaign strategy & development
• Identify growth opportunities from the client portfolio and drive revenue.
• Research & keep current on emerging online trends and best practices within the digital marketing industry.
