Job Description You will be working as a Recruitment Specialist for INPHASE Education Consultants (IEC Consultants) in Chandigarh. Your role will involve handling the end-to-end hiring process, which includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the selection process. You will collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs, advertise job vacancies, evaluate candidates, and organize training sessions for new recruits. Your close coordination with management will ensure that all recruiting activities are in line with the company's objectives and values.
