Recruitment Specialist


Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and engineering positions within the il & Gas/EPC/Construction or Heavy engineering sectors etc. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge, sourcing expertise, and proven ability to handle niche and senior-level engineering mandates across onshore and offshore disciplines.


Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical, engineering, and project-based roles across Oil & Gas, EPC, and Energy industries.
  • Partner with hiring managers or clients to understand project requirements, technical skills, and workforce needs.
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases, headhunting, and industry networking.
  • Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on technical expertise, project exposure, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and facilitate onboarding in line with client timelines.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database within internal ERP/ATS systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in the Oil & Gas and engineering markets.
  • Work closely with the business development team to support manpower proposals and tender submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, local labor laws, and client-specific hiring processes.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and technical consultants to ensure consistent delivery quality.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • 4–8 years of proven experience in recruitment for Oil & Gas/EPC/Construction or Heavy engineering sectors etc
  • Strong understanding of project-based hiring (onshore/offshore, construction, commissioning, maintenance, shutdown).
  • Familiarity with technical job categories such as fabrication, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and HSE.
  • Proficiency in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and Boolean search.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple project deadlines.
  • ERP/ATS experience preferred.
