Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced recruitment professional to manage high-volume blue-collar overseas hiring. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing skilled labor through vendor networks, handling end-to-end recruitment operations, and ensuring compliance with MEA (Ministry of External Affairs) norms. This role demands frequent travel, strong coordination skills, and a solution-oriented approach to managing recruitment life cycles across diverse mandates.


Location - Can be remote or in Kochi


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with a network of vendors and sub-contractors to source skilled blue-collar talent (e.g., warehouse staff, tradesmen, construction workers).
  • Travel extensively across Indian cities to oversee recruitment drives, interviews, and skilling/training sessions.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates to ensure they meet technical and legal eligibility for overseas placement.
  • Handle emigration documentation and liaise with MEA-approved consultants as per compliance protocols.
  • Maintain consistent communication with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment-to-deployment process.
  • Resolve issues related to candidate sourcing, documentation, or client-specific demands.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, documentation, and audit reports for internal and external reviews.
  • Meet agreed timelines and quality standards for all recruitment projects.


Requirements:


  • 3–9 years of experience in overseas blue-collar recruitment, preferably within large manpower agencies or consultancies.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple mandates and vendor pipelines for large-scale hiring.
  • Sound knowledge of MEA emigration processes and online documentation systems.
  • Proficiency in

    Hindi

    is essential for field coordination with regional vendors and candidates.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently; company-sponsored travel arrangements.
  • Experience in handling diverse client requirements across geographies is a plus.
