Your Role in Our Story

As an Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of our company by finding and attracting the best talent. You will partner with hiring managers, understand their needs, and ensure a smooth, positive experience for every candidate. Your efforts will directly contribute to building a high-performing team and a thriving workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for IT and technical roles.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Proactively source candidates using multiple channels: job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and social media.
  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, reports, and ATS systems.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and act as a brand ambassador for the company.
  • Stay updated with industry hiring trends and innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Coordinate with technical panels and schedule interviews.


Key Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment (in-house or agency).
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and the IT hiring landscape.
  • Proficiency in sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean searches.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple requirements, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience using ATS or HRMS recruitment modules is an advantage.
