Recruitment Mentor (Non-IT)

Key Responsibilities

Mentor and guide recruiters to achieve individual and team targets.
Manage recruitment operations in a
remote (work from home) setup
.
Drive and monitor
Non-IT hiring mandates
for clients.
Track performance, maintain reports, and ensure timely closures.
Handle escalations, resolve challenges, and ensure client satisfaction.
Conduct regular training, reviews, and feedback sessions.
Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and achieve organizational goals.

Requirements

Experience in a recruitment firm/consultancy is mandatory
Non-IT hiring experience is mandatory.
Prior experience in mentoring/managing a recruitment team.
Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and client engagement.
Excellent people management and communication skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a remote team effectively.
Proficiency in Excel, trackers, and recruitment tools (ATS/CRM).
