Responsibilities:

• Align hiring with business goals and product delivery timelines.
• Drive outcome-based KPIs like time-to-productivity, right-hire rate, and release predictability.
• Implement AI-driven interviews, predictive analytics, and automated workflows.
• Build fair, structured, and scalable recruitment processes.
• Strengthen Aptos’s employer brand in SaaS retail tech.

Qualifications:

• 8–12 years in recruitment/talent acquisition, with leadership experience.
• Strong background in tech-enabled hiring (AI, automation, analytics).
• Experience in SaaS, cloud-native, or retail tech industries preferred.
• Ability to integrate recruitment into business outcomes, not just headcount.
