Role Overview: The Recruitment Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring effective talent acquisition and a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: ● Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent. ● Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles. ● Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. ● Maintain candidate records and generate recruitment reports. Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. ● 6+years of recruitment experience in manufacturing/emerging technologies/defense/semiconductor. ● Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
