Job Title - Personal Manager (for Promoter’s family) Work Location: Connaught Place (Delhi) & Noida Travel: ~10 days/month (domestic), ~1 international trip/month Our client is a renowned leader in the engineering and infrastructure industry. Specializing in a broad range of services, including Pre-Feasibility and Feasibility Studies, Detailed Design, and Project Management & digital transformation in infrastructure development. Role Overview- We are seeking a highly polished and trustworthy Personal Manager to support the day-to-day personal and professional activities of the Promoter’s family—primarily the son and the mother. The role requires a blend of discretion, efficiency, and high emotional intelligence to manage personal schedules, travel, events, and lifestyle requirements, with frequent interactions involving VIPs and high-profile individuals. Key Responsibilities Schedule & Calendar Management: Manage and coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for family members. Travel Coordination: Plan and accompany on domestic (~10 days/month) and international (~1 trip/month) travel. Handle end-to-end logistics including bookings, itineraries, visas, and on-ground coordination. Event Planning & Coordination: Organize personal and professional events, often involving high-net-worth individuals and VIP guests. Lifestyle & Wellness Management: Coordinate diet plans, fitness routines, and wellness services. Education & Application Support: Assist with university applications, liaise with educational consultants, and manage documentation. Household & Vendor Liaison: Work closely with household staff and external service providers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Confidentiality & Trust: Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality in all personal and professional matters. Ideal Candidate Profile - 5+ years of experience in a similar role supporting HNI clients, senior executives, or high-profile individuals Highly polished and presentable, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment Comfortable with frequent travel and flexible work hours Strong understanding of luxury services, etiquette, and high-stakes coordination Bachelor’s degree preferred; additional certifications in hospitality, event management, or executive assistance is a plus Show more Show less
