Job Description

Were looking for a dynamic, smart, and driven female recruiter to lead our sourcing and recruitment operations.

Youll be responsible for end-to-end hiring, team management, and building a network of freelance recruiters and interns to support our fast-growing HR consulting business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.

Manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing offers.

Maintain and update candidate pipelines on our ATS/Excel tracking system.

2. Team Building & Management

Hire, train, and manage a team of freelance recruiters and HR interns.

Assign tasks, set goals, and track team performance.

Conduct regular review meetings and ensure quality of deliverables.

3. Client Coordination

Work closely with the leadership team to understand client hiring needs.

Align recruitment strategy with client requirements and deadlines.

Maintain professional communication with clients regarding candidate progress.

4. Process Improvement

Contribute to developing better sourcing strategies, candidate databases, and recruiter dashboards.

Bring creative ideas to strengthen our employer brand and hiring speed.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 2–5 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition (agency or corporate).

  • Strong experience in LinkedIn sourcing (Boolean search, outreach, etc.).

  • Experience managing small teams (interns, freelancers, or recruiters).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first setup.

Preferred Attributes :

  • Self-driven and organized — can manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Confident and approachable — strong relationship builder.
  • Prior experience in startup hiring or HR consulting firms is a plus.
  • Open to learning and implementing new recruitment automation tools (like ChatGPT, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri RMS, etc.).
