With multiple in-house quarries, state-of-the-art facilities, and access to some of the most exclusive quarries in India, Stonestry specialises in sourcing, designing, and delivering premium-quality quarzitic sandstone, limestone, basalt, marble, schist, slate and granite. Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our People and Culture team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding top talent. This role requires a proactive professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements. Develop and post job descriptions on internal and external job boards. Source candidates using various methods including Portals, social media, networking, and referrals. Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews. Manage candidate communication and provide a high-quality candidate experience. Schedule interviews and gather feedback from interviewers. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS). Extend job offers and support the onboarding process. Track and report key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire). Ensure compliance with all hiring policies and procedures. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven work experience as a recruiter minimum 3years Familiarity with sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
