Source drivers through local networks, camps, social media, referrals, and community outreach. Explain company policies, earning potential, incentives, and onboarding process to potential drivers. Handle calls from interested drivers and convert them into successful joiners. Verify driver documents (License, Aadhaar, RC, Insurance, Background checks, etc.). Ensure all documents are valid and updated as per compliance standards. Maintain accurate records of driver information and onboarding status. Guide drivers through the onboarding process, app login, registration, and activation. Provide basic training on trip handling, customer service, safety standards, and company policies. Support drivers with queries related to payments, incentives, trips, and platform usage. Maintain daily sourcing reports, lead status, and joining numbers. Coordinate with operations, fleet managers, and city leads for driver allocation. Meet weekly/monthly sourcing targets.
